there is a severe infestation of fruit fly in mango tree.we suggested to use sex feromane trap to control this pest.but this technology is not fit enough to control fruit fly.what is the solution?

After sever infestation of fruit fly pheromone trap use is not a effective tool to control it. It should be used as a preventive measure. now chemical control is applicable. use Thiamethoxam + Lambda-cyhalothrin insecticide like alika@80ml/acre.
